That's why we've invested in industry-leading virtual reality training technology from InVeris Training Solutions, providing our officers with advanced, scenario-based training that goes far beyond traditional classroom instruction. As one of the few private security companies in Texas utilizing this level of immersive training, we're committed to setting a higher standard for officer preparedness.
Our VR training platform places officers in realistic, interactive and constant interchangeable environments where they must make critical decisions under pressure. Through thousands of dynamic scenarios, officers develop the judgment, communication, and confidence needed to safely manage real-world situations before they ever encounter them in the field.
The InVeris system delivers a fully immersive 360-degree training experience focused on decision-making, de-escalation, use-of-force judgment, and tactical response. Officers train through realistic scenarios including verbal de-escalation, force escalation, shoot/no-shoot decision-making, and crisis response—all within a controlled environment that reinforces sound judgment, accountability, and professionalism.
